Hi Grubber.
I particually find that where my system differs from yours it identifies oppertuntites to maybe back the underdog for some bigger / better odds. So far this as worked well. Not every time but over all a consitant bet with good odds is making money. I use the ” safer” picks where our systems / forecasts agree to cover the costs of hitting a bigger odds bet every now and again. Anyway your now 1 in front of me and I have the same picks as you for tonight. So I’m going to try to post again tomorrow.

Hi Wombat.

First of all, congratulations on putting your own system together. I think it is great that people spend the time doing it. I am sure you agree that you learn a lot in the process too? I am glad your system is beating mine! I’d be interested in what you are doing, but I don’t expect you to share your secrets.

As you will also know it is about finding the value bets amoung the full lists. It would be mad to bet on everything. NBA is a great sport to find value though. Combine that with a good staking plan and search out the best odds and your further increase your chances. Interestingly NBA was the first sport I tested my system on.

I use your picks to back up my own selections and look for value. I am interested in football mainly. Do you think you will be adding Champions league to your system?

Hi Grubber,
I’ve back tested my system against your predictions over the last 3 months. So far while at times we have made diffrent predictions my system has picked 1 more correct result than your forecast. So nothing in it. But… im willing to put my predictitions on the line like you do for the next few days (before i go on Holiday) and see how they face up. If your intrested i will be willing to send you my system to see if you can use it to add value to your predictions for the good of us all. Any way my picks as yours except the following:
Pacers to beat Lakers and Raptors to beat Bulls … we like a good upset!!! Better odds for us all!! Lets see over the next few days how things go.
