NFL Week 3 Tennessee Titans @ New York Jets
Tennessee Titans @ New York Jets Preview
I have my eye on this as a great game for trading on. The odds on offer on the Titans are wide open for a good bit of profit.
I think it is going to have to be a quick in and out job though. I am hoping that the Titans will look good in the first quarter and the odds will come in, so that I can trade out. If things don’t go to plan then I will probably trade out anyway for a small loss rather than leaving myself open for too long.
If both teams start to clock up points quickly then it could end up being a classic to watch, and we haven’t been short of those so far this season!

This is going to be an interesting game. Jets’ coach Rex Ryan has great schemes to get lots of pressure on quarterbacks. However, the Titans like to run the ball. If they Jets and force the Titans to throw I don’t expect Kerry Collins to be able to handle the pressure if Tom Brady couldn’t. If Tennessee can get ahead with success running the ball they may be able to keep doing it. I think this game is won or lost in the first half.
I think you are right John, that is why I will look to get out as soon as I can. Not only that, but when I am out and counting my winnings I will be able to sit back, enjoy the game and a cheeky beer. Still, that all rests on the Titans making a good early start.
I have gone for a Jets win overall in my predictions at Mac Talks NFL, but for trading I think there is more scope on the Titans.
Who would have thought that the Titans could start out 0-3, but I’m with you taking the Jets.
You are definately right that this will be a good one to trade. I will be taking a different approach from you, keeping a close eye how successful Tennessee’s running game is. I will be laying the Titans in passing situation. I’m a big Rex Ryan fan and I think the Jets will get lots of pressure on Collins (in the few pass attempts he gets).
