The Confederations Cup final is now set with Brazil beating SA yesterday to secure the spot against USA.

Thinking of betting tips and looking at the odds you could say that Brazil have already won (Click to view current odds) . Though I do think Brazil will win, I don’t think it will be as easy as the odds suggest

If I were backing USA I would be tempted to use a trading strategy here using a betting exchange such as Betfair or Betdaq, backing USA at high odds before the start, with the view of laying the bet (betting against) if they score an early goal and spreading the profit over the other two results.

Of couse this is a risky strategy and I wouldn’t use it if Brazil didn’t look open, but the display against SA was far from convincing IMO. It should be a good game no matter what the outcome. Sometimes I prefer not to bet on big games like this just so that I can sit back and enjoy.
